I have started to add this equipment in my workouts recently. I was a bit skeptical at first but also intrigued in the design of the equipement. I find that it pin points specific areas of the muscle group im training instead of the muscle group as a whole. It is the result i was hoping for when ı purchased this set of accessories. I would recommend these accessories because they work as the design intended to do. Enjoy.
