What our one year warranty covers:
1. Manufacturing Defects: We promise to replace or repair any defective equipment resulting from manufacturing problems. This warranty covers the parts and labor necessary to restore your equipment to operating condition.
2. Defective Materials: If your equipment shows signs of failure related to defective materials, we will take care of resolving this issue to ensure your complete satisfaction.
What our warranty does not cover:
1. Normal Wear and Tear: Wear and tear resulting from normal use of the equipment is not covered by this warranty. This includes wear and tear from frequent use or intense training conditions.
2. Misuse or Neglect: Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, neglect, unauthorized modifications or improper maintenance is not included in our one-year warranty.
