TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

For products eligible for a free shipping promotion, Lion Fitness may cover shipping costs up to a specified maximum amount.

When this maximum amount is not specifically indicated in the product description or promotion details, Lion Fitness's maximum contribution is $300.

Any shipping costs exceeding the maximum amount covered by the promotion will be the customer's responsibility and must be paid before the order is shipped.

SHIPPING INFORMATION – LION FITNESS

We offer several shipping options across Canada to provide the service best suited to your order, delivery address, and type of equipment purchased.

GROUPED DELIVERY – SAVE ON SHIPPING

Grouped delivery helps reduce shipping costs by combining multiple orders destined for the same region into a single Lion Fitness truck.

Delivery Timeframes

Grouped deliveries are generally completed within approximately two weekends following the order date.

This timeframe may vary depending on the number of orders being delivered in your region and the scheduling of our delivery routes.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION – LE PRO & LE SUPRÊME PACKAGES

Lion Fitness covers up to $400 in shipping costs for the Le Pro Package and the Le Suprême Package across Canada.

How It Works

Add the Le Pro Package or Le Suprême Package to your cart.

At checkout, several shipping options will be displayed.

If one of the shipping rates is $400 or less, select "Promo Livraison : Le Pro" or "Promo Livraison : Le Suprême", depending on the package ordered.

If shipping costs exceed $400, Lion Fitness will contact you to invoice only the difference between the amount covered by the promotion and the actual shipping cost. This difference must be paid before the order is shipped.

Important

To qualify for this promotion, your cart must contain only the Le Pro Package or the Le Suprême Package.

If you wish to purchase additional products, please place a separate order.

Shipping costs can be calculated directly in your cart by entering your delivery address.

DELIVERY BY LION FITNESS TRUCK

In several regions of Quebec and Ontario, certain orders may be delivered directly by our team using Lion Fitness trucks.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes Based on Distance from Our Laval Location

Less than 100 km from Laval:

Approximately 1 to 7 business days.

100 to 200 km from Laval:

Approximately 1 to 10 business days.

More than 200 km from Laval:

Approximately 1 to 14 business days.

Distance is calculated from our Laval location to the customer's delivery address.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the exact delivery address, order volume, product availability, and the scheduling of our delivery routes.

When we contact you to schedule your delivery, we will offer a date based on our next scheduled route in your area. If you are unavailable on the proposed date, your delivery will be rescheduled for our next route in your area. The standard delivery timeframe corresponding to your distance from Laval will then apply again, starting from the date the first delivery was offered to you.

Important

Standard delivery is provided to your door or garage only.

Our delivery team does not bring equipment inside houses, apartments, condos, or other buildings unless a specific service has been arranged in advance.

The stated delivery timeframes are estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

Lion Fitness cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, road conditions, logistical delays, exceptionally high order volumes, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

DELIVERY POLICY – CANCELLATIONS OR CUSTOMER ABSENCE

Once a delivery date has been confirmed with the customer, Lion Fitness proceeds with order preparation, route planning, and the dispatch of its delivery team.

If a customer cancels their delivery at the last minute, is not present at the agreed-upon time, or is unable to receive the order when our delivery team arrives, fees of up to 10% of the total order value may be charged.

These fees help cover:

  • Delivery team travel expenses

  • Order preparation and handling

  • Time reserved for the delivery

  • Rescheduling of a new delivery

No new delivery date will be confirmed until all applicable fees have been paid.

SHIPPING BY THIRD-PARTY CARRIER

UPS, FEDEX, GLS, CANPAR, ETC.

Certain orders are shipped through third-party carriers rather than Lion Fitness trucks.

Processing and Preparation Time

Small Parcels:

Approximately 2 to 3 business days before shipment.

Large Equipment:

Approximately 3 to 4 business days before shipment.

Important

The carrier's estimated delivery timeframe begins only once the order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

An automated email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates. Lion Fitness cannot be held responsible for delays occurring after the carrier has taken possession of the order.

REGIONAL EXCLUSIONS AND SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

Certain offers, promotions, or shipping options may not be available in some regions.

Regions that may be excluded include:

  • Newfoundland and Labrador

  • Northwest Territories

  • Nunavut

  • Yukon

These exclusions do not necessarily apply to all orders or all shipping methods.

The availability of a promotion or shipping method may vary depending on the products ordered, delivery address, order dimensions and weight, and the shipping option selected at checkout.

If the actual shipping costs for an order are exceptionally high or exceed the maximum amount covered by the selected promotion or shipping option, Lion Fitness reserves the right to contact the customer to request payment of the difference or a portion of the shipping costs before the order is shipped.

If the customer refuses to pay the applicable additional shipping fees, Lion Fitness reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.

WAREHOUSE PICKUP – 7 DAYS A WEEK

You can pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Laval.

How It Works

Place your order online and select the warehouse pickup option.

Our team will then prepare your order.

You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.

After receiving your confirmation, you can schedule your pickup time.
