SHIPPING INFORMATION – LION FITNESS
We offer several delivery options across Canada to provide the best service possible.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION – THE PRO PACKAGE
We cover up to $400 in shipping costs for The Pro Training Package anywhere in Canada.
How it works

Add The Pro Package to your cart.

During checkout, different shipping options will appear.

If one of the options is $400 or less, select “Promo Shipping: The Pro”.

If all options exceed $400, an invoice for the difference will be sent and must be paid before the order is shipped.
Important
To qualify for this promotion, your cart must contain only The Pro Package.
If you would like to add additional items, please place a second separate order.
Shipping costs can be calculated by adding the products to your cart and entering your address.
LION FITNESS TRUCK DELIVERY
Estimated delivery time: 2–7 days.
This service includes:
• door delivery
• delivery by our own trucks
• delivery scheduling in advance
Important
Delivery is made to the door or garage only.
Our drivers do not enter homes or buildings.
Lion Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by:
• weather conditions
• traffic
• logistical delays
• events beyond our control
POLICY – DELIVERY CANCELLATION OR ABSENCE
When a delivery is confirmed, it involves:
• full preparation of the order
• route planning
• dispatching our delivery team
If a customer cancels at the last minute or is not present at the scheduled delivery time, a fee equal to 10% of the total order will be charged.
These fees cover:
• driver travel
• order preparation and handling
• rescheduling a new delivery
A new delivery date will not be scheduled until these fees are paid.
SHIPPING WITH CARRIERS (UPS, FEDEX, GLS, CANPAR, ETC.)
Processing and preparation time: 2–4 business days.
Small parcels
Typically shipped within 2–3 business days.
Large equipment
May require 3–4 business days before being handed to the carrier.
Important
Carrier delivery times begin only after the order has been processed and handed to the shipping company.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information.
GROUP DELIVERY – SAVE ON SHIPPING
Group delivery reduces transportation costs by combining multiple deliveries in the same region.

Delivery timeframe
Group deliveries typically occur within approximately two weekends after your order.

WAREHOUSE PICKUP – 7 DAYS A WEEK
You may also pick up your order at our warehouse in Laval.
