We assume no liability for any unforeseen delays due to factors beyond our control.
The delivery service includes delivery to the door; we do not enter inside homes or buildings.
Delivery with a Private Carrier (UPS, FedEx, GSL, Canpar, etc.):
The current time for processing, preparation and shipping varies between 2-4 business days . Small packages typically take around 2-3 business days , while larger equipment may require up to 3-4 business days before being handed over to the shipping company.
Please note that the speed or delivery service chosen (e.g. FedEx Express 1-2 days) begins only after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, not 1-2 days after you place your order online. Once the carrier has taken possession of your order, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information.

Instead of shipping each order individually, we group multiple deliveries into our trucks for the same area. This allows us to reduce transportation costs, and we pass these savings directly to you!
What are the deadlines?
As we optimize our routes to maximize efficiency, delivery times are slightly longer than standard shipping. Typically, delivery is within about two weekends of your order.
What sectors are served?
This service is only available in certain areas . If the option is not offered when you order, you can contact us by email with your address and the desired items , and we will check if you are eligible for group delivery.

This service is offered 7 days a week.
Process:
After receiving your order, Lion Fitness team members will work to prepare your order as soon as possible. When your order is ready for pickup, we will send you a confirmation email with our contact information to schedule the pickup time.
