RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, by email or phone.

Once your request is received, our team will review the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.


ORDER CANCELLATION

We understand that changes may occur after placing an order.

Cancellation Fees

Any order cancellation, once the order has been confirmed, may be subject to a fee of up to 10% of the total order amount.

These fees cover:

  • transaction fees
  • order preparation
  • administrative and logistical costs

Once an item has been processed or prepared, the order can no longer be canceled.

Our team will confirm receipt of your request and inform you of any applicable fees.


PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

If the price of a product purchased from Lion Fitness is reduced within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a price adjustment.

The difference will be refunded in the form of a gift card.

Conditions:

  • the product must be in stock at the time of the request
  • the purchase must have been made directly through Lion Fitness
