Lion Fitness Delivery: delivery within 2 to 7 business days. Curbside/doorstep delivery only.
Private Carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.): orders are prepared within 2 to 4 business days, then shipped with tracking and signature required.
Grouped Delivery: a cost-saving option available in select areas, with delivery in approximately two weekends.
Warehouse Pickup (Laval): free, available 7 days a week by appointment after email confirmation.
