Lion Fitness offers several easy ways to receive your order:

  • Lion Fitness Delivery: delivery within 2 to 7 business days. Curbside/doorstep delivery only.
  • Private Carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.): orders are prepared within 2 to 4 business days, then shipped with tracking and signature required.
  • Grouped Delivery: a cost-saving option available in select areas, with delivery in approximately two weekends.
  • Warehouse Pickup (Laval): free, available 7 days a week by appointment after email confirmation.

Rubber weight plates are versatile and can be used for a variety of exercises, including Olympic lifts. These plates not only reduce noise, but they also protect equipment and floors. Each solid rubber plate has a 2-inch reinforced steel center sleeve to allow for easy loading and unloading of the bar.

Our virgin rubber discs are odorless and made from 100% solid rubber to withstand the most intense strength workouts, from deadlifts to max repetition lifts.

Les bumper plates de 45lbs sont très bien moulé, pratiquement sans odeur, le poids est exactement 45lbs Les Dumbells de 55lbs sont semblables à tout ce qu’il y a sur le marché odeur faible, poignée profilé confortable, le poids est de 54.9 lbs, très correct. J’ai vérifié ailleurs des dumbells qui etait à plus de 4lbs de moins que le poids indiqué!!!!
